By submitting User Content, you grant DreamScribe a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including internal AI model training on anonymized data. We do not publicly display your journal entries or recordings without your express consent.

8. Retention of Data

• Personal Data retained while your Account is active.
• Dream Data retained until you delete it or delete your Account.
• Usage Data retained for a shorter period unless needed for security.
• Backups retained for limited periods as part of standard practices.
